Sleep, LA - I was astonished to see so many homeless people in LA and SF.  I thought a state as rich as California should provide a system that could help this class of individuals get back on their feet. 

Since we are treating them like shit, why not dump them all on a boat and let the ship sail towards Antarctica.  Why not? 

Once they reach land, each of them will receive a little white bear, some food for the day and nothing else.  I suspect that since they are in a new environment with no access to drugs, food, social assistance or family, they would begin to use their heads. 

Why?  Because in those harsh conditions, the only thing that matters is the message on every copy of human DNA - DO NOT DIE, DO ANYTHING TO AVOID DEATH ... Survive, fight to the last minute and multiply, multiply ... multiply.
